About Us

Panno Properties LLC was started back in the 1950’s by Peter Panno. He grew and expanded his company throughout Southern California buying and developing properties for commercial use. His son, Tom Panno, joined the company in 1971 as a partner continuing the same type of commercial construction.

In 1999, Tom Panno partnered with Tony Maquet founding a new company named T & T Development. The company buys and restores older residential and mixed-use buildings complexes for rental purposes throughout Southern California. Recently in 2016, the partners changed the name to it’s current corporate name – PANTOX LLC. The company is owned and operated by the partners, Tom and Tony.
